Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns 

We strive to satisfy our customers but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under limited circumstances. Keep in mind we are a small operation and thus returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be in as-new condition.
  • All original tags must still be attached.
  • The item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.Please note that items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return or refund. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
  • Gift cards. 

Return Process 

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@bluebanditcollective.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) if we deem your order or part of your order is returnable.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories, tags, or documentation.
  3. Ship the Return: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. 

Rejected Refunds

If the item(s) do not meet the eligibility criteria, the return will be rejected, and the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your expense. An explanation will be provided as to why the item(s) are not eligible.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item due to a sizing issue, please follow the return process to return the original item by contacting us. We will get the exchange underway and handle shipment of the exchange goods.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at service@bluebanditcollective.com with detailed photos of the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate. We want you to be happy with your purchase!

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account and/or statement from your original purchase method. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the service email mentioned above. 

Final Sale Items 

Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
