Shipping policy

Where We Ship 

We currently offer shipping to customers Worldwide. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and any applicable fees may vary depending on your shipping destination outside of Canada and are the responsibility of the customer. However, we do our best to minimize and/or pay for duties where we can to make your experience with us perfect.

Shipping Costs

Within Canada

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the value of your order. Free shipping is available on orders of $75 CAD or more before taxes. Under $75 we charge a flat $8 CAD.

To the United States

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. Free shipping is available on orders of $75 CAD (converted at the current market rate) or more.

Order Processing Time 

Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed in the same time frame. Keep in mind we are a small operation, but we will do our best to process orders as soon as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times 

Please note that all provided delivery times by our carriers are estimated and may be subject to delays due to weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. We have no control over the carrier and cannot be held liable for delayed packages.

Tracking Your Order 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package until it arrives at your door.

Lost or Delayed Shipments 

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for further assistance.

Returns and Exchanges 

For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy page. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
